Our events are carefully planned and fully managed from start to finish. We choose great venues, arrange licensing and permissions, promote the event to the public, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day — so you can concentrate entirely on selling.
Many of our events also raise vital funds for incredible local causes. Upcoming events will be supporting the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance and Lindsey Lodge Hospice — and we're always looking to give back to the communities we work in.

What we guarantee
When things go sideways, you won't be left to sort it alone.
Cancelled? We've got you.
If an event is pulled, we'll always try to find you a replacement — and if we can't get one for the same day, we'll work on a refund or alternative date instead.
Double-booked venue? No panic.
If a venue double-books, we move fast to try and secure you another spot — we can't always guarantee same-day, but we'll do everything we can so you're never left without options.
7-day cooling off period.
Once you've paid for a pitch, you have 7 days to change your mind and receive a full refund. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable — so book with confidence knowing you have time to reconsider.
