We reserve the right to use, copy, or share that content as necessary to operate our services, and to remove any submission at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by revising this page. We encourage you to check back from time to time as any changes will be binding on you once posted. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.

14

Payments, Refunds & Cooling Off Period

When you pay for a pitch or event space through Giraffe Event Spaces Ltd, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling off period from the date of payment. During this period, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund by contacting us at hello@giraffeeventspaces.co.uk.

After the 7-day cooling off period has passed, all payments are non-refundable. By proceeding with a booking after this period, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued if you subsequently change your mind or are unable to attend.

This does not affect your rights in the event of a cancellation or double-booking caused by the venue or by Giraffe Event Spaces Ltd — in such cases, we will always endeavour to find a suitable alternative or agree an appropriate remedy with you.

If you have any questions about a payment or refund, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@giraffeeventspaces.co.uk.

Ticketed Events — Tickets, Protection & Refunds

Tickets for ticketed events are sold through this website and paid for securely by card. All tickets are digital tickets delivered via Ticket Monkey and will be sent to the email address used at checkout within 5 days of purchase. Please keep your tickets safe, as you will need to show them on the day.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The only exception is where the show does not go ahead: if an event is cancelled or does not take place, we will refund the full purchase price of your tickets automatically.

Ticket Protection is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout, costing £2 per adult ticket (it is free for children’s and under 5s tickets). If you purchase Ticket Protection and then find you cannot make it, your tickets become flexible and we will help you with any of the following:

  • A full refund of the purchase price of your tickets if you cannot make it;
  • Transferring your tickets to a different ticketed show;
  • Changing the name on your tickets — we can send out replacement tickets under another person’s name on receipt of written instruction from you via email.

Without Ticket Protection, we are unable to offer refunds, transfers or name changes (other than where the show does not go ahead, as above). The Ticket Protection fee itself is non-refundable.

To use your Ticket Protection, or if you have any questions about tickets, please email us at hello@giraffeeventspaces.co.uk.
